2008 Ford Expedition ex fire vehicle. Lights and radios have been removed. Vehicle does have some rust but passed inspection last year. 66050 miles. Vehicle sold as is with no warrantee

Q: What about the vehicle condition makes you unsure if it's drivable off the lot? Are there any dash board lights on? Can you show photos of the rust?
A: There are no dash lights on, there is a problem with the brakes which is why it can not be driven off the lot.
