Philips Defibrillator

#4 Philips Heartstart  FRx Defibrillator. Used AED being replaced with newer models from Fire department. All AED turn on and complete the full check with the only advisor is "low Battery" as all batteries are out of date. These were last checked in 2019 by authorized retailer.  The monitors come with case, NO BATTERY!!!!!!, and out of date pads.
