Item must be paid for by certified check or bank check to Lower Makefield Township. Full payment must be received by Lower Makefield Township within ten (10) business days of Notice of Award. All items must be removed from Township property within five (5) business days of payment. Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Township. Prior to acceptance of bid, the Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors will vote to accept bid at their next regularly scheduled meeting prior to pick up. Winning bidder will need to have the title transferred at time of pickup and is responsible for all cost associated with title transferring.

2012 Kohler 30RECJB Portable Generator. 30kW. Generator currently starts with a boost and runs. Unit has not been in service since 2022. It was utilized for backup power for sewer pump stations and functioned perfectly. Since the sale of the sewer system in 2022 the unit was no longer needed. Tires show signs of dry rot and unit should be trailed. The Township does not have a title for this unit. Hours are unknown. Sold as-is.

Prior to acceptance of bid, the Lower Makefield Township Board of Supervisors will vote to accept this bid at their next regularly scheduled board meeting. Bids must be accepted prior release of the auction item. If the auction item is titled, winning bidder will need to have the title transferred at time of pickup and is responsible for all cost associated with title transferring.
