2014 Ford Explorer - Police Interceptor. Unit does start with a boost, but should be towed. Decals, radio, police equipment, and lighting shall be removed prior to sale. Impressions and holes maybe left. Inspection stickers shall be removed prior to sale. Ex-K9 with missing door panels and no dog cage. Sold as-is.
Q: Are there any mechanical issues
A: Most likely a cam phaser issue occurring. Also has a check engine light. Inspection recommended.

A: Yes, it is the law. That vehicle may have been inspected by a privately owned inspection station.
Q: why will the inspection stickers be removed ?
A: Municipal inspection stations are only allowed to inspected municipal owned vehicles. The stickers must be removed prior to sale.
