1998 Chevy C7500 with a HI WAY E2500 Spreader and a Meyer HM-10 10' snowplow. This truck has 12,649 miles. The spreader does not work, possibly the PTO. The spreader is full of a 50/50 salt sand material mix. It is unknown if the plow assembly works. The bed does not dump; also thought to be PTO related. This truck was used as a winter plow truck and does have rust. New fuel pump, fuel filter, alternator, serpentine belt and battery. There is no title, however, a bill of sale will be provided. Selling as is.
Q: you cannot provide a title? Why is that?
A: Hello. At the time the truck was purchased from the dealer the city employee at the time did not think they needed to have a title because municipalities are not required to tag their vehicles.
