Vehicles offered for sale are considered “used” and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the vehicles prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only Tuesday, November 19, 2024 or Tuesday, November 26, 2024 Between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm in New Hope Borough, Bucks County, PA. Once bidding is final and closed, the bid will be subject to consideration by New Hope Borough Council’s approval at a subsequent Borough Council meeting. New Hope Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, expressed or implied. All sales are final.
Buyer is responsible for all auction and transfer costs associated with the sale of the vehicles and/or equipment, including any applicable sales tax.
Accepted method of payment is Certified or Cashier’s Check, payable to New Hope Borough, upon acceptance of the successful bid.
Buyer is responsible for transportation of their awarded items. New Hope Borough will not provide transportation assistance.
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, via the contact information above. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email, unless otherwise arranged.
For Pennsylvania residents, transfer of title MUST BE PERFORMED prior to vehicle pick-up. A Borough representative will accompany the Buyer to local Tags Service vendor.

Q: can i get pic of the frame and plow mounts? would be coming in from michigan. thank you
A: The vehicle was never used as a plow truck. With just hours before the auction is ending, we are unable to provide additional photos.
Q: Can you post pics of frame, rocker panels and cab corners?? Was truck plowed with and if so is plow available or come with it? Thank you.
A: The truck was not used as a plow truck and does not have a plow.
Q: Is the frame rusty ?
A: Frame is intact.
