Runs and drive but will not pass inspection due to frame deterioration
Bank system also needs work

Frame is deteriorated, but not rusted through as far as we can tell. Wouldn't recommend plowing with it.
Q: Could this truck push a plow or is the rust too bad
A: Public Works advised that they would not plow snow with vehicle but it would be up to you to determine use.
Q: Is the frame rusted all the way thru ?
A: I will check with our Public Works foreman on Monday
