Payment shall be made in the form of cash or a Certified Check or Money Order payable to Montachusett Regional Transit Authority and payment must be presented at time of pickup. All items are to be removed on the day of payment. Buyer is responsible for all transfer fees. Equipment is being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS". No warranty applies. No Returns are accepted. If equipment is not removed, the award will go to the 2nd winning bidder.
