Failure to do so is a default of this agreement and will result in forfeiture of the item(s) and there will be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. The County of Middlesex will have the right to re-auction the item(s).
The County of Middlesex WILL NOT provide any necessary equipment to aid in the removal of any purchased item(s) (i.e. forklift, flatbed truck, etc.).
PICKUP OF ITEM (S) IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAID RECEIPT BEFORE SCHEDULING A PICKUP.
