Winning Bidder Requirements

• Winning bidder should call Peters Township at 724-941-4180 and speak with Tom Gromek.
   
• Winning bidder must pay in Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check the exact amount of the winning bid.  No personal checks are accepted, and no business checks are accepted.  Just Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check for the exact amount of the winning bid.  Those are the only 3 options. Checks need to be made out to Peters Township.  No loan checks, no other bank checks are accepted.
