Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3353, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.  Service records are available upon request.  The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model, year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.

Bids will be accepted from Tuesday February 2, 2016 at 8:30 AM until Wednesday February 24, 2016 at 4:15 PM.  The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, February 25, 2016 at 6:00 PM.  Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township must be received within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid.  Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check only.  The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
