1. Successful bidders will pick up the entire lot within 1 week of the award. 2. Successful bidders are solely responsible for arranging transportation of the items in the lot. The County will not ship or otherwise assist bidders in moving/transporting items. 2. Bidders shall pay via cash or certified check made out to "Adams County." 3. ​​​​​​​All items are "as-is" and the County makes no representations or warranties regarding the items, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
