The Township of Radnor (“Township”), as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the conclusion of the electronic auction or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to the Township of Radnor in the form of cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to the Township of Radnor, C/O Finance Department, 301 Iven Avenue, Wayne, PA  19087.

The successful bidder shall remove item(s) within five (5) business days, during regular business hours, following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline.

The Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, for any cause permitted by law, as it deems in the best interest of the Township.
