Q: Do you know why it is not drivable off the lot?
A: The City cannot confirm with certainty that the vehicle is able to be safely driven off the lot. It has been idle for some time, and we are unable to speak to its potential performance on the road. We recommend inspecting the vehicle in-person to better determine its capabilities.
