ALL VEHICLES, HEAVY EQUIPMENT, ETC., ARE SOLD AS-IS AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Prospective bidders are highly recommended to take advantage of inspection days to view the items and ensure all potential questions can be answered.
In-person inspection will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, and Tuesday, October 29, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, at the Road Department and Central Vehicle Complex, Route 130 and Apple Orchard Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey.
Winning Bidder: You have 5 business days to pick up your item(s) after receiving your paid-in-full receipt. Failure to do so is a default of this agreement and will result in forfeiture of the item(s) and there will be no refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. The County of Middlesex will have the right to re-auction the item(s).
PICKUP OF ITEM (S) IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAID RECEIPT BEFORE SCHEDULING A PICKUP.
The County of Middlesex WILL NOT provide any necessary equipment to aid in the removal of any purchased item(s) (i.e., jumper cables, forklift, flatbed truck, etc.).
Once you receive your PAID-IN-FULL RECEIPT, call Walter at 732-675-0798 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST to schedule a pickup date and time.
YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION (driver's license/passport) AND A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR PAID-IN-FULL RECEIPT FROM MUNICIBID OR YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
