This vehicle is being sold in "as is" condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The Municipality reserves the right to reject all bids. The vehicle must be picked up within 15 day of the close of the auction. Payment will be made at time of pick up. Payment can be made by certified check made out to the Town of Whitman. Buyer is also responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer. Vehicle can be inspected by appointment Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM by contacting Gregory Enos by email genos@whitman-ma.gov or by phone at 781-618-9788.
