We are a technical school that purchased an order of windows and a door for one of our house projects that never ended up being used. The below items were purchased back in 2019 and have never been opened, still in factory boxes and stored inside. These are white vinyl exterior and raw wood inside and are being sold "As is". These would make a great addition to anyone building a new project, off grid cabin or even a shed. If you would like to see them in person before bidding please use the contact info and we can set up a time. For pickup they can be single loaded or we have a forklift to load entire skids. Q: Are they all new construction (with an exterior flange)? Or are some replacement (no flange)? I can see the one gas flanges.
A: From what I can tell while they are all stacked; every box I cut open and looked inside had the black exterior flange shown in the photos. I opened up at random some of the small and large units. Thanks
