Q: would you lower the opening bid ? to change the water pump a garage said it would be a 13 + hour job not a cheap fix like other water pumps
A: I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The office was not open Sunday & the holiday yesterday prevented a speedy reply. I cannot lower the initial starting bid as we have already received three bids.
