Car is in good condition overall, 3702 Engine Hours, 9/25 Inspection Stickers, tires are like new, and runs/shifts as it should. Sounds like a small exhaust leak at flex pipe on y-pipe.

A: Not aware of water pump being replaced, check engine light is only on because the key is on/ not running in pic
