Generac 20KW Automatic Back-Up Power System
Originally purchased/installed in 2012. Maintained Annually. Functioning at time of replacement. Reason for replacement was a larger generator was needed to power the building.

A: Our phone number is (781) 581-1212. You can call if you'd like, however I am not a mechanical person and can't offer too much information on the device. It was installed 2012, maintained annually, self-tested weekly and still operable until it's replacement. The device was replaced only because it did not power entire building. The PD is the Town's Emergency Operation Center and was in need of full power during outages.
Q: How many hours on this unit and does it have a hour meter
A: The number of hours is unknown. There is a digital monitor on the unit, which I assume needs to be power to obtain an accurate number of hours.
Q: Hello Is it propane or natural gas And is there a transfer switch? Thank you
A: This is a natural gas generator. There is no transfer switch, what you see in the picture is all we have.
