In-Person Inspections: The Authority does not provide any guaranties and/or warranties relative to the equipment/item(s) being sold and is being sold “AS IS – WHERE IS” All sales are FINAL. Bidders are encouraged to inspect equipment/items prior to bidding. Inspections MUST be scheduled by contacting Rob or Damian at 215-659-4017 and will be offered between the hours of 8am-1:30pm Monday-Friday Payments: Buyer payment can be made by Cash or Certified Check made out to Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority and be delivered to the Authority prior to releasing any awarded auctioned equipment/item(s). Removal and Pick-up of items: Buyer must remove auction equipment/item(s) from the Authorities premises at a mutually agreed upon time between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday thru Friday within ten (10) business days after the date of auction closure.
