In-Person Inspections: The Authority does not provide any guaranties and/or warranties relative to the equipment/item(s) being sold and is being sold “AS IS – WHERE IS” All sales are FINAL. Bidders are encouraged to inspect equipment/items prior to bidding. Inspections MUST be scheduled by contacting Rob or Damian at 215-659-4017 and will be offered between the hours of 8am-1:30pm Monday-Friday Payments: Buyer payment can be made by Cash or Certified Check made out to Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority and be delivered to the Authority prior to releasing any awarded auctioned equipment/item(s). Removal and Pick-up of items: Buyer must remove auction equipment/item(s) from the Authorities premises at a mutually agreed upon time between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday thru Friday within ten (10) business days after the date of auction closure. Successful bidders are responsible for packing and removing and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indi
