Payment must be made by cash or Cashiers Check. Buyer is required to deliver the Cashiers Check in the total amount of the high bid to Chester Water Authority the next business day after the auction closes.  Buyer is responsible for paying all fees associated with the sale. Buyer must pick up the arrow board.  Bids are due by 9 am , Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
