NOTE, UNITS LISTED IN THIS AUCTION EVENT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE DUE TO POSSIBLE AGE, CONDITION, MECHANICAL DEFECTS AND OR CORROSION AND ARE OFFERED FOR PUBLIC AUCTION “AS IS & WHERE IS” FOR PARTS, REPAIR, OR SCRAP WITH NO GUARRANTEES AND OR WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ALL UNITS WILL REQUIRE TRANSPORT BY TOW OR FLATBED OFF OF THE LOT.
THE POSTED UNITS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION DURING TWO (2) INSPECTION EVENTS IN WHICH POTENTIAL BIDDERS SHOULD EVALUATE THE ASSETS PRIOR TO BIDDING (DETAILS BELOW). NO ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL AUCTION INFORMATION WILL BE ADDED TO THIS NOTICE.

IMPORTANT: Interested parties are strongly encouraged to perform an in-person inspection and to make their own determinations regarding the unit’s condition, function, features, and accessories prior to bidding.
The Town reserves the right to cancel or end auctions early if in the best interests of the town.
Winning bidders are required to make payment, complete the bill of sale process, and remove the unit from town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the unit must be without any assistance from the town beyond our providing access.
The undersigned certifies under penalties of perjury that this bid or proposal has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.
Q: Can you tell us the total engine hours?
A: 5100 hours
Q: Can you tell me if you have 1 or 2 keys for the truck, and do you have the keys for the toolbox in the bed? Also, can you confirm the vehicle will be sold as shown, including the back rack, light bar and bed box?
A: one set of keys is included along with backrack, toolbox, & lightbar
Q: Hi, when was the last time the truck was driven regularly/ in use? It appears to have a 2016 inspection sticker. Is that when it was parked/last ran?
A: March 2024
Q: Could you please add some pictures of the undercarriage? How are the rocker panels and cab corners? Is there any significant rust or rot?
A: The vehicle is at a storage lot and has snow on the ground so chassis pics arent available. I will add lower panel pics.
Q: is there a reason for the no start/no run?
A: Engine egr system is clogged. DPF system may need replacement but you should inspect yourself and scan for codes
