This vehicle was impounded during an investigation, was drivable at the time of the tow but unable to start for mileage purposes. The vehicle is sold as is. There is a key available for this vehicle. There is no Title for this vehicle. The winning bidder will receive an OS/SS-88 form and all the required documents needed to be mailed to the NJMVC to obtain a title of ownership. This vehicle must be towed, it cannot be driven from the lot.
