SOLD AS IS.  Supplies/equipment are being sold by Burrell School District "AS IS".  The District assumes no liability and makes no warranties about the condition of said supplies/equipment.  Recipient understands that they are accepting supplies/equipment "AS IS" and agrees not to hold Burrell School District responsible for any problems that may arise with supplies/equipment after the transfer, whether or not those issues were known by either party at the time of transfer.
