This Equipment is sold as-is condition with no implied or expressed warranty. Payment needs to be in the form of Cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Money Order made payable to Red Lion Borough. Successful bidder will need to pick up the item within (10) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Buyer has the sole responsibility of picking up the item; delivery is not available. Seller is not responsible for the item once it has left the property.
