Thus, the item(s) is/are offered on an “AS IS – WHERE IS” basis. Payments must be made at 4303 Lawrenceville Road, Loganville GA 30052 Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. City of Loganville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Cash, Money Orders, or Certified Checks will only be accepted as Payment Method. Items must be paid for and picked up within 5 business days of the close of the auction or your bid will be cancelled.
