Q: Has the mower been stored inside or outside?
A: It was stored inside for a majority of the time but it’s been outside for about a year now.
Q: The missing handle you referred to, what was it used for?
A: The missing handle that was referred to seems to be the extensions for the bails that must be depressed to operate the unit. In the pictures it’s the very top bars. The ends past the flat part are missing.
