A: You need to connect to update and audit manually. The instruction manual has been uploaded if you need more details.
Q: Hi, will the department selling be able to provide a letter authorizing re-keying by the Knox company and are the units less than 10 years old? I can verify the age of the units through the Knox company with the serial number on the units, thanks in advance!
A: We are currently in contact with our sales representative to obtain the Authorization Letter for the Knox boxes. We do not anticipate any issues, but the holiday season may have caused a slight delay in the process. We appreciate your patience.

A: No. Current keys are outfitted specifically for Montgomery Township. Buyer will need to purchase/supply their own key through Knox Box.
