The Borough of Freedom desires to sell the following:
6 - New Continental HDR Light Truck Tires, without rims. Size 225/70 R 19.5
Tires were shipped on newly purchased vehicle and were incorrect specifications when ordered.
The tires may be viewed at the Freedom Borough Building, 901 3 Avenue, Freedom, PA 15042 by contacting the borough secretary . The Borough of Freedom implies no warranty, express or otherwise on these tires and are sold as is. Bids will be accepted for the sale of these tires until 3:00 PM on Mar 6, 2016. A bid bond is not required and the Borough of Freedom reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Bids will be considered at the Regular Council Meeting on Mar 9, 2016 at 6:00PM.
