Rust & rot.
Unlikely to start, even with jump.
Q: Does it Run?
Awaiting the seller's answer.
Q: When was the truck taken out of service? What size packer?
A: Last in operation 10/2024. Packer body is 20-yd, but unknown whether it operates. Once again, packer may have large amounts of rot.
