This is a Howse BP1000, a heavy duty boom pole meant for mounting onto the 3-point hitch of a tractor. Great for moving logs or other large items while keeping them off the ground. This item almost looks to never have been used it's in such great condition. Hardly any rust on it which could easily be taken care of with a quick scrape and a little touch-up paint.
