Q: Are all the emergency lights operational? Just need a controller?
A: Our mechanic said it just needs a controller and lights should work.
Q: Are there any issues with the engine or transmission other than the battery? Is there any rust on the frame?
A: I was told by the mechanic that there are no known engine or trans problems.
Q: Can you post a closer picture of the drivers side exterior? Is that paint missing or just residue from decal removal?
A: That's residue and some reflective decals left on it.
