Vehicle does not come with a key. Ignition will need to be replaced at the purchaser's expense. Vehicle is being sold for parts only. The Town will start the vehicle to get it on a tow truck - key will NOT be provided. Current odometer reading is 45,461.3
Q: Are the door locks the same key as the Ignition? Or are there separate ignition and door keys? Wondering if all the locks needed to be replaced.
A: Yes, the door locks are the same key as the ignition and will need to be replaced.

A: The PTU and timing have not been replaced

A: The engine and transmission have no known issues. The water pump was not replaced.
Q: Is the bill of sale going to list it as a parts only sale?
A: The bill of sale states that the vehicle is being sold in "as is" condition and the Town disclaims any warranty as to the working condition of the vehicle.
Q: Do you think you could take a picture of the underside ??
A: We will not take a picture of the underside.
Q: how do you know it runs with no KEY ????
A: We have a key to show that the vehicle runs; however, it is a fleet key that goes to other police cars as well. The key cannot be released with the vehicle land the ignition will need to be replaced by the buyer.
Q: How much rust is on the underside? Why parts only sale ? TY
A: We cannot explain how much rust is on a vehicle. I encourage you to contact me at 508-553-4835 to make an appointment to come and inspect the vehicle. It is a parts only sale due to the condition of the vehicle. It may not pass state inspection.
