Needs batteries, (can jump to start), there is a fuel leak at the breather on Fuel Float Tank. (According to the manual it is a float issue within the Fuel Float Tank).

Q: Could you show pictures of shifter consul making sure it is a grade o matic transmission also does it have grader blade hydraulic tilt or is it fixed thanks
A: The grader blade is fully hydraulic including the tilt. A picture of the shifter console will be posted later today. Update, I believe I misunderstood what you were asking, the blade is fixed, unbolt to adjust. The picture of the controls has been added to the pictures.
