Engine runs. Hydraulics are ok but there is an electrical issue with the power shuttle so it doesn’t move.
8x8 power electronic shuttle 4 wheel drive with radial tires. Being sold as is where as with no warranty expressed or implied. Will not move on its own. Hour meter is not original estimating 4,500 hours
