Q: Was this vehicle key for a fleet or does it have individual keys for the key fob? Does anybody know if it ran properly before it was parked? I’m in southern New Jersey and I’m very interested in it and I can come Tow at Home right after the auction, I already own two of them they’re good vehicle reliable and like I said I’m very interested, but I had problems with the last one I bought with no key. They lied to me about the computer. It was burned up and they knew it
A: They key was for the individual vehicle and misplaced after parking. The vehicle was in good running condition when parked. Since then, the tire has become flat and the battery needs attention.
Q: How much time do I have to come and get the vehicle if I win the bid and make all payments to secure ownership ? I am in Billings, MT and I would more then likely fly to your location to get this vehicle. I do believe based on what I read, this vehicle could become drivable with minimal effort. Does seller issue a temporary sticker to allow legal driving as I would complete the title work in Montana. Please advise.
A: The successful bidder shall make payment to “The City of Taneytown” in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to The City of Taneytown, 17 East Baltimore Street, Taneytown, MD 21787. If full payment is received to secure ownership, we could allow for pickup within 10 business days from the time of receiving the full amount of the winning bid. The winning bidder is responsible for removing the vehicle and it's legal transportation at the time of pickup. Pickup would be M-F 8am-4pm. Excluding holidays.
