Q: What is wrong that it is not drivable off of the lot?
A: Thank you for your question. Vehicle has new brakes however the pedal goes to the floor so additional diagnostics are required to determine the root cause. It starts and moves but because it aged out of our fleet and has the braking issue, it has not been inspected and therefore is not legal to drive on the road.
