Chartiers Township is auctioning several items of surplus equipment, specifically a 2013 Ford Taurus Sedan, 2013 Ford Taurus Sedan, 2015 Ford Explorer, 2018 Ford Explorer and a 2006 Eager Beaver Trailer. Interested parties may place bids on the municipal auction site municibid.com. The Township will not open or accept offers in any other form. Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025.: The equipment will be available for inspection at 2 Buccaneer Drive, Houston, PA 15342. Please call the Township office at 724-745-3415 to arrange an inspection. These items, vehicle and equipment will be sold “AS IS”. More complete descriptions are available on the municibid.com listings. The Township has made every effort to describe equipment and their conditions as accurately as possible and will not be held responsible for typographical errors or errors in description. Therefore the Township encourages inspection prior to bidding. Bids will be awarded at the February 25, 2025 meeting of the Chartiers Township Board of Supervisors at 5:00 p.m. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bid when deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so.

A: No, it has not been replaced. The question came in after our mechanic had left for the day on the 19th and I had to wait to get the correct answer from him today. I prefer to wait and give an accurate answer to inquiry than a fast answer. Thank you for your patience.

A: The water pump has not been replaced. It runs and shifts. We do not have the idle engine hours.

A: Turns on. Check Engine Light is on. Regular monthly oil changes.
