Q: How far is the machine from a exit door? Are there stairs?
A: There are no stairs and the machine is about 40 feet from the door. The door is a single door and the machine may have to be taken apart to remove.
Q: Is there a loading dock available and how far away is the machine to it or loading area.
A: There is no loading dock or means of lifting. You would be responsible for loading from the ground.
