The Town of Tuftonboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal
deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
The minimum bid is $500.00.
Terms:
The equipment offered for sale, as described above, is to be sold as is, where is, as shown, and
without warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. The sale shall be at Tuftonboro
Town Fire Rescue Department. The Town has no responsibility to transport or coordinate any transportation of the
equipment from the premises to the buyer. The cart the equipment is on, is not included as part of the bid. The generator may be viewed at the:

Payment in full must be received within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. Payment will be
accepted only via cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Tuftonboro. The equipment
must be removed from the premises within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award or payment may
be forfeited. Once payment is made, the sale is final and no refund or return will be allowed.
Q: Can you do a favor to ship on my expense
A: Unfortunately, this item is local pick up only.
Q: Run? hours?
A: Unfortunately, this unit doesn't have an hour meter. We have run it on average 20 hours a year for the last 20 years. At the time of this post, it ran and operated without issue.
