Cashiers check, collect on delivery. Item is being sold "as is". Full payment must be received by the City of Tawas City within ten (10) business days of notice of award. No refunds. All items must be removed from the City property within five (5) business days of payment. The City of Tawas City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the City.
