The rear frame has rust to the point that the rear suspension can not be repaired, without substantial cost.
Item will be sold as is, no warranty. Purchaser is responsible for removing purchased items at their own expense. Item must be removed within five (5) days of auction closing date unless other arrangements are made with the City of Huntington. Should the successful bidder fail to consummate the purchase within the five-day period specified above, the cash deposit made by such bidder shall be forfeited to the city.

Q: could it start by battery jumped would it drive onto a trailer? Move forward and backward?
A: The PD has stated that this vehicle could be jumped and moved on to a trailer.
