The successful bidder is responsible for the removal and all associated costs. Special arrangements can be made if removal cannot be scheduled at the time of purchase. Hold Harmless: Upon taking ownership of the equipment, the successful bidder is solely responsible for any injury, damage, or loss. The bidder must safeguard against any harm to public or private property. The bidder must also comply with all laws and regulations during the use, ownership, and disposal of the equipment.
