POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ALL UNITS WILL LIKELY REQUIRE TRANSPORT BY TOW OR FLATBED OFF OF THE LOT.
THE POSTED UNITS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION DURING TWO (2) INSPECTION EVENTS IN WHICH POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO EVALUATE THE UNITS AND THEN MAKE THEIR OWN DETERMINATIONS AS TO CONDITION, FUNCTION, FEATURES, AND INCLUDED OPTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING (DETAILS BELOW). NO ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL AUCTION INFORMATION WILL BE ADDED TO THIS NOTICE.

IMPORTANT: Interested parties are strongly encouraged to perform an in-person inspection and to make their own determinations regarding the unit’s condition, function, features, and accessories prior to bidding.
The Town reserves the right to cancel or end auctions early if in the best interests of the town.
Winning bidders are required to make payment, complete the bill of sale process, and remove the unit from town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the unit must be without any assistance from the town beyond our providing access.
The listing agent certifies under penalties of perjury that this bid or proposal has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.
Q: I would attend the dates for inspection but I live 3 hours away, that’s why I asked if it runs as it should. Thanks for your earlier response
A: I'm told one of the units has a charge controller issue and both will need new batteries.
Q: Does it run as it should?
A: Pretty sure it ran when parked but we strongly recommend that you participate in the available inspection events and make your own determinations. I expect the batteries may be depleted/faulty at this point.
