For sale is a model year 1994 Kodiak utility trailer. This trailer was used to haul zero-turn mowers by the Public Works Department. The trailer has rust, dents, and scratches from use.

Q: In your description it says " rust" is there any holes or cracks in frame/ cross members that would prevent it from passing Pa. Inspection..? Also I don't see a brake box set up on the tongue anywhere, is there brakes on the trailer..? Last date on Inspection..? Thanks
A: The trailer exhibits surface rust, with no visible perforations in the frame based on current observations. Brake systems are present on the axles; however, the break-away kit and battery box have been removed for use on another trailer. The date of the last inspection is unavailable, and the trailer has remained unused for an extended period.
