Truck does start when connected to jump pack but turns off when disconnected, the alternator maybe bad.

Q: Will it pass PA State Inspection? If not, WHY? and also, any photos of Frame and undercarriage
A: I am unaware of any reasons of why it would not pass inspection. The truck may need an alternator and fresh battery. Truck will start and run only when connected to a jump box.
Q: Can you tell me why Make snow plow was on the truck and are the snow plow controls still with the truck
A: The plow used on this truck is an 8ft Western Pro Plow and will come with the vehicle.
