Q: Does this sale include the virtual trainee work stand that came with it?
A: The sale includes the unit as shown in the picture
Q: Being that it is a "virtual welder", I'm guessing that this welder does not actually perform a weld?
A: Correct -- it is a trainer https://www.lincolnelectric.com/en/education/training-programs/education-products/welding-training-systems/virtual-trainers
Q: does it operate with out instructed key ? is the key available from dealer Exc ? please explain welder more please ? does it work as a regular welder ? is it stick welder ?
A: This is a virtual welder -- used for training purposes. My understanding is that it works without the key but you can't change the programming without the key. The key is available for purchase from Lincoln. https://www.lincolnelectric.com/en/education/training-programs/education-products/welding-training-systems/virtual-trainers
