Q: What are acceptable forms of Payment?
A: Payments are made directly to the Revere Treasurer’s Office and may be in the form of cash, or check/money order made payable to the “City of Revere,” accompanied by the completed Bill of Sale (provided to winning bidder). You may also make debit or credit card payments over the phone/in person; card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee that is not retained by the City. ApplePay is also an acceptable form though I would have to confer on what that entails…because I’m old.
Q: If I was to come Wednesday before the auction ended, liked it, bid and won the bid when could I take the machine? Just trying to save a long trip twice.
A: Greetings! The winner bidder is welcome (encouraged!) to pay for and collect the equipment as soon as the auction closes on 3/19/25 @ 11:45am. Direct payment is made at Revere City Hall, approx. 1.9 miles from where the equipment is located. Thank you for asking and best of luck!

A: Hello - I have been advised from the Dept that "[to their knowledge] when they [removed] the hotbox from service it was working." Thank you for asking and please feel free to inspect the equipment at your convenience, if able.
